What to expect
We aim to answer support mail within two business days. We are a small studio in the US Central time zone, so a message sent overnight is usually answered the next working day rather than immediately.
To get a useful answer faster, it helps to include the product name, your device and iOS version if it is an app question, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. Screenshots are welcome.
Before you write about duk.
The duk. support page already covers the rules, how progress is saved, whether the game needs an internet connection, and what data it collects, which is nothing. The how to play guide covers the rules in more depth. If your answer is not there, write to us and we will help.
